2. Platform Description and Services

MySiteDirect.com provides tools to build, customize, and operate a direct booking website for your rental properties. Our services include website hosting, design templates, a booking engine, payment processing integration via Stripe, calendar synchronization, and AI-powered guest communication tools.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your plan before the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Platform Usage Rules and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to rent the properties you list and that your listings do not violate any agreements with third parties (such as homeowners' associations or building management). You are also responsible for complying with all local laws, including those related to taxes, permits, and safety regulations.

7. Booking Terms and Guest Responsibilities

You are responsible for setting your own booking terms, including cancellation policies, house rules, and fees. These terms must be clearly communicated to guests on your direct booking website. MySiteDirect.com is not a party to any booking agreement between you and your guests.

8. Payment Processing and Refund Policies

All payments from guests are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service. MySiteDirect.com is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your guests. You are responsible for managing all refunds and cancellations in accordance with your stated policies.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User-Generated Content), is the exclusive property of MySiteDirect.com and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Platform Availability and Service Limitations

We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from any interruption or unavailability of the Service.

11. User-Generated Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including property photos, descriptions, and guest data ("User-Generated Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your User-Generated Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSITEDIRECT.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
